"barely a star from me. I had used them with no problem untill last year. I dropped taxes off 1 week before tax deadline which was my bad. However , never heard back , called several times sent emails with no response! She kept my taxes 4 months ! Then i had to pay 450.00 penalties for paying federal late! I would not recommend them, very unprofessional !"
