"Unfortunately it was not a good experience. Ms Cynthia was pleasant and kind but not at all organized. Papers were scattered everywhere and she constantly was calling for help. Which was a bit surprising because in her introduction she said that she had been with the company for fourteen years. 2018 was a very tough year for my wife and I. Because of a death in the family and some other problems I was forced to cash part of my 401k and also a large amount of savings bonds. Last year we had a large tax payment so with all this we were very nervous and believing that we would owe several thousand dollars. When she finished she happily announced that we would be receiving $1400.00 back in Federal taxes and a payment of $22.00 to the state. Though this sounded fantastic I am very concerned and feel this is not correct. I let her know this and she responded that it was correct. at that time she offered a plan that for $40.00 I would be insured for any mistakes up to $6000.00."
