"This place was probably one of the best 30 years ago. The carpet is dated, the bed is too soft. The back doors trash always full and smells. Popcorn ceiling.The staffs are very nice. It reminded me the barracks when I was in the military. Lobby isn’t inviting."

"Good rooms. Super friendly front desk staff. Especially Jhanet. She was super helpful. The cookies are decent but the nuts in them are weird. Rooms were clean and well appointed. I didn't like the TV service a lot though."

"The room was great. The cookie was delicious. The vicinity from the airport was close. The 24 hour shuttle service was convenient. BUT, I got stuck in the elevator trying to get down to the lobby to catch a 4am shuttle to the airport. When I called the front desk from inside the elevator, I felt that there attitude was that it wasn't a big deal. They even told me that it happens from time to time. I felt like they treated me like I was a "Karen." Maybe I acted like a "Karen" because I was scared and also worried that I wouldn't make my flight. The shuttle driver ended up prying the doors open after about 20 minutes because the elevator service company was going to take even longer. The driver got me to the airport (off schedule), which was nice. He told me that my airline would not be busy at all this early on a Monday morning. They were so busy at the counter that I barely made my flight. Unfortunately I won't risk staying at this hotel again unless I can stay on the ground floor."

"Beautiful hotel very well kept ! The hotel has been recently renovated so is spotless. Breakfast at the restaurant is $19 for hot breakfast buffet and a little less for continental buffet. They are both great and very well stocked. The service in the restaurant is impecable all the waitresses are wonderful. The staff at the hotel are all great , housekeeping made our room in the morning and change out towels, we stayed for two nights and when we came back in the evening after walking around the museum district was so nice to come back to a clean fresh room packed with everything we needed . The hotel is an absolute gem, job very well done ."

"Great place to get stranded! haha. Sent here due to a missed flight, but they managed to keep us happy and actually enjoy the fact that we got to stay at their hotel. Robert at the front desk was especially helpful. Thanks for the fresh cookies! The rooms were very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed and more. Same as the rest of the hotel, great property. The 747 bar and restaurant is so good, hidden gem!"
