"Hard beds, expensive, laundry once a day if you ask before a certain time. The valet guys will pick you up or drop you off anywhere in DT if you call. That was pretty cool. Breakfast was average, but better than your standard eggs, bacon, toast at most hotels. Probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the price. Just didn’t feel it was worth what they charged."

"This place is atrocious. I stayed here on and off all month long for work. I found bugs in the couches, the beds, and even in the fruit at the breakfast buffet. The staff did not care. The rooms are not clean, with dust on the counters, and housekeepers do a lousy job. One of my first nights I came back to pee in my toilet that was left behind by a housekeeper, I assume. They had a person come up and clean my bathroom again, that was all. The pipes are not maintained either. I understand this is an old building but the sinks were always clogged and would drain slowly, and the shower and toilet made very loud noises when used. Some rooms come with a robe, some don't? The ironing boards are rusty and barely usable. The furniture and curtains/drapes are all made of fabric and very old, with large stains that make you not want to use them. The elevators are also glaringly old, almost inconvenient with their slow speed. I am giving 3 stars for service only because their room service staff is very kind, helpful, and prompt. I would not say the same for the front desk staff. Not sure how this is a four star hotel."

"I always thought Marriott hotels were a safe bet for decent service and clean rooms, which is why I've been loyal to the brand. But after forking over $300+ a night, even with a corporate discount, I was expecting something at least on par with what I'd get for $80 elsewhere. Not the case here. Our room's hot tub was filthy, complete with things floating in the water and a used razor left behind—totally gross, just see the photo I attached. The carpet was a mess of stains, and we struck out with the body wash too—bottle was bone dry. The coffee maker was a dirty. And towels? We got one set. It took an hour to get more, and we still didn't get any hand towels. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. Charged $30 each for a buffet that was a complete letdown. Check out the pictures. The food was clearly days old—fruits were spoiled, meats were slimy, and even the sealed fruit yogurts were separating. Plus, I peeked inside their fridge—nothing but cheap, sugary, shelf-stable juices that don't even taste like real fruit. They also tacked on $15 for in-room water bottles and $50 for parking, which only costs $30 for non-guests. These charges were just the icing on the cake of a truly disappointing stay."

"Beautiful hotel and great location. So many restaurants, bars and Etro 80s nightclub within walking distance. Hotel has a beautiful bar/lounge area. Rooms (bed and bath) are very spacious. A/C worked great and beds are super comfortable with adequate bedding and pillows. Very clean and had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze and our bellman was very accommodating and kind. We had a room right by the elevator and we never heard noise coming from the hallways. We had a few problems with no hot water and the housekeeping staff but manager Umer addressed and took great care of us. Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again."

"The overall hotel experience was by far the best we've stayed at. My husband and I have traveled with him being in the military and we chose to be here for our mini honeymoon getaway. Here they were very friendly. From check-in, to valet service, to sitting and dining. Their staff was great. The room service was the best, they cleaned our room daily without us having to remind them, and were quick to give us more towels and amenities when we called for them. Their drinks, especially the sangria was amazing. The only complaint we had was trying to enjoy a drink at the bar with Daisy. She was quick to get us out there and was rude when asking for our order. Other than her, we'd be happy to stay here again."
