"An immaculately clean hotel with super friendly staff with great local knowledge. Great breakfast selection. Arrived as part of an organised tour and truly appreciated the welcome snacks! Lovely little touches; thank you for making my stay so welcoming."
"Fantastic place to stay!!! The staff were very helpful. The motel is clean. There is a great shuttle that will take you anyplace downtown and the drivers are amazing!!! Great complimentary breakfast. When I come back for business I will stay here again."
"These are the things I did not like about this hotel. Still has carpet in rooms. Most hotels have replaced with tile or vinyl which is way more sanitary. Free breakfast closes an hour before check out time, most stay open until check out. Not everyone is in a hurry to leave in the morning, especially after a concert or other late ending event. No valet parking. You park your own car and get charged $25 for the privilege. Loved proximity to Toyota Center and the fact that the hotel shuttle driver works until midnight so everyone gets a ride back to the hotel after the concert. Also loved hotel policy of NO PETS AND NO SMOKING. Room was clean and smelled good. It's not a perfect hotel but I would definitely stay here again."
"My stay started out so good. This was my first time staying with holiday inn. Every things was great until checking out. I was checked out early before my check out time. Upon my check out I had 3 wrongful charges on top of my deposit and my actual room stay. Ik talking about over a $1000 charge for a 3 day stay. It took nearly a full week to get my funds back. When I called for help the day of I was not given any explanation and was told there was nothing to be done until it cleared. I got my money back eventually but that was absolutely ridiculous."
"Great service. The shuttle was top notch. The Driver gave us tips on how to navigate around the city during the marathon weekend while certain roads were blocked off. Burger theory is closed but they use the space for the hotel breakfast. The coffee was good and they have a great selection of cold foods like yogurt, juice and fruit, however, the hot food was not very appealing. Something unique about this place is the underground artwork on the lower levels of the parking deck. During your stay, I highly recommend walking down there and checking it all out."
