"I preferred downstairs but was given a room upstairs. All in all, it was okay. There were minor things maintenance issues that need to be fixed. The property was quiet, and the air worked, so I won't complain too much."

"My room was very nice. The price wasn't bad. Very clean and modern room. Just as nice as the Holiday Inn or LA Quinta. I will definitely stay here again."

"As soon as i arrived, it took an entire family of 4 to find my reservation, checked in for about 10 minutes out of a six night stay, as soon as we walked in the room there was a stench that couldn’t be ignored, the floor looked like it had a substance on it that no one bothered to vacuum, the bed sheets looked dirty, smoke alarm was unhooked, bugs crawling in the bathroom, just overall disgusting and poorly kept. I was not about to let my family stay there or even touch anything. immediately booked another hotel, called expedia to help me get a refund, and checked out. The man at the front desk was on the phone with expedia and gave me attitude about how i “used the room already” so i needed to pay for the first night. It was $84 for basically looking at the room for ten minutes, i just wanted to get my family out of there as soon as possible."
