"Hotel management wouldn't let me check in the next day because I went to work overnight and left my friend in the room while I was working. Poor customer service and need to learn what the meaning of hospitality is, because they are far from it."

"front desk lady was super rude. I've been here before and checked in for a room before. This time I went at around 1:40 on Oct 14th and when we both gave the woman the IDs she gave them back and rudely said no. She didn't even check the dates or anything just immediately said no and to leave. Never had a problem in this place until that day. I don't know if I will be going back"
