"It's an ok place to stay I mean rooms are clean nothing fancy we stay here randomly when we come to Houston"

"Pros: Quiet. Respectful staff. Clean bathroom and sink area. Needs placement for hanging clothes. ( Could just be the room) Cons: Rough entry for low cars. Drink vending machine but no snack machine. Visible washing machines reserved for staff use. Consider allowing two for customer use."
"I didn’t get to stay there. They charge $19 for extra people even when they didn’t display that policy online.they have a 2 persons policy. You can’t fit 3 people in a room unless you pay extra $19 for your kid. They refused to cancel the reservation because they don’t refund money due to policy. Their lobby was a hot mess and strong odors were part of the ambiance."
