"I just tried to take their survey and what a joke. Who ever wrote that should be trained or fired. Repeat question. Character minimum and max to boot forcing response length and not allowing one to movfe forward. Pain in the A@#. Never again. Hotel room had nasty stained couch and bed mattress cover that was ripped with sheet pulling off while sleeping. Water pressure in 421 was non existent for the sink, shower was fine. Sink shutoff valve was fully open. Had those 1/4" lines so choked all the water pressure off. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly. Location is ok but area marginally safe. They have a fence and gate for night security. Pretty affordable but you can do better."

"Clean nice cozy rooms the only thing that was annoying is our phone was called a couple times late at night around 4 which was a bit weird. I'm not a fan of continental breakfast there is never anything I like but it's a bed and shower and that's all I require usually"

"We really like our stay, we did have an issue with the TV and we spoke to the ladies at the desk and Candice Berry AGM came up to the room and the TV still wouldn't work so than she moved us to another room. Candice was very nice and even funny. Really liked our room, the service and the people. The price here was good too. We travel often and lets just say this place was a good price , Thank yall"

"Very nice looking hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, when we got there. However, we stayed 4 nights - Housekeeping came in the first morning and took our towels, but did not leave as many as we had. They did not empty the garbage that day, nor did housekeeping come to the room again, not even to empty the garbage. There was basically no breakfast any but our last morning. I have no idea if it was any good because we had given up and brought our own. There's a gate for the parking lot, but you have to call in to get it opened and the night shift is very bad about answering. The pool had not yet passed inspection so no pool. Also, the hallway on the first floor smelled like weed."
