"This location has by far the worst staff. I went to buy a item when the cashier accused me of using someone’s else debit card (my wife’s) and inconvenienced me twice. I love planet K but won’t be coming here again."
"Be sure to keep all documentation as regardless of your bank statement and the item being directly from the location going defective within a week of purchase the only kind of assistance they will offer is trying to upsell you on getting a new unit at a discounted price rather than doing like most retailers allowing an even exchange on the item."
