"Terrible customer service! This is a true definition of a company that does not stand behind their product or service. I ordered a hookah for $300. Received it less than 48 hours ago. It didn’t work. It’s defective. Customer service thought they were speaking to an amateur, that’s never experienced smoking hookah. I informed them that I assembled the hookah, it didn’t work, I cleaned it and put it back in its original boxing. They claim, not it’s considered used! Are you kidding me? How am I suppose to know if it works, if you don’t try it? I simply wanted to return it. They refused the return, as they were convinced that I was doing it wrong. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this organization. They should be retrained on the fundamentals of customer service and doing the right thing."

"I bought 15 Tangiers Cane mint in the website. Respecting the rules of the website. I am brazilian, but i have an american address. I'ts already charged on my credit card, and after approved the shop, they send me an e-mail saying that they have to cancell because they can't sell this quantitie. Now I need to wait till 10 working days to receive my refund. Please improve your service. And keep the website with all necessarie information. I've get in touch with them regarding what happened and the attendent just close the chat before I finish to talk. So I'm really disappointed. Thanks for nothing Hookah Company."
