"My room was clean the staff is friendly the property is clean but around 5 am it’s always some junkies arguing outside"

"Will review as soon as I get my 50 dollar deposit back. I used rewards points and was charged $50 as a security deposit. I stayed one night and the room was left in order. I've still not received my money back. That's very shady. It's been since November 6. It is now Nov 25. Don't pay that deposit you will have to fight to get it back. UPDATE: I GOT MY $50 dollars back after calling a month later. Clean and comfy room. Bare bones hotel. It's not right on the access rd but on a close side street. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy as well and there were a few characters wandering around. Otherwise the night was peaceful, restful, the room was clean and tidy and there was a light breakfast with decent coffee."

"For what it is, it’s fine as a simple place to spend the night, but the rooms could use a little fixing, curtain rod in the shower was coming off the wall, kept hitting my head on it. Wish the doors didn’t allow the street light in but it was fine. Bed was good. Breakfast was lackluster but the coffee was good. Overall the place did the trick."

"If I could give zero Stars that's what I would have done. The staff leaves much to be desired. They are rude. They are abrasive and mean. They kicked off the property a disabled American veteran who only wanted to stop by and see his friends that he hadn't seen in a very long time. The rooms were nasty. There were roaches crawling all through the room. They would pound on the door screaming that check out was at 11:00. And when informed that it would go to the front desk and pay for another night, the rude and obnoxious staff would scream through the door that they would be back in 5 minutes. Overall I would say avoid this hotel at all costs. It would do the entire city a service were the building to be condemned and the extremely rude staff removed from the United States of America and sit back to the country when they came."

"I have been staying here for a couple weeks and it’s honestly the best option in the area. Clean updated rooms, quiet location, no deposit, owners/management is nice, breakfast is basic but good. Love the waffles. Can’t get all this anywhere else in Houston for the price. ***washer and dryer has been out of order since I’ve been staying here but there is a brand new washateria across the street."
