"All people who stay there that have roach problems ur going to have that issue every place in houston all u have to do is buy bug bomb from Walmart for 6 dollars a box then set them off for 2 hours sit out side until done people who complain about bugs u can do something about ur self and if they don't give tolit paper go to 99 cent store pick up ur own toilet paper if u need towels that bad u can go to walmart and pick up towels u can make a life for ur self people should not have to be ur maid"

"The rooms have roaches, the staff doesn’t clean the rooms properly, when you tell them something needs to be fixed unless you ask the maintenance directly it will never get fixed, and the manager Donese she’s very disrespectful and she goes in people rooms whenever she wants to she gets very smart with people if you ask her something some days she tries to act nice but most days she is very rude and treats people unfairly I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who wants a relaxed peaceful stay all I can say is the area is nice but the stay isn’t worth it"

"This is the worst experience we’ve ever had at a hotel. Hotel is roach infested, we’ve reported it numerous times and manager Denese refused our request to transfer to a different room and actually left us a broom to sweep all the dead ones up ourselves. There are literally hundreds of them in our room. This picture is just one cabinet in the kitchen."
