"Lisa was great, for few years. Now she wont answer the phone or don’t even get back to you at all. She would recommend you to leave all the documents for tax file at her office and you will never hear from her. I have few friends they told me that they are preparing for police case against her because she has not responded their calls. 3 month after the tax file deadline they don’t even know she has done the tax file or not. Truly sad to hear that."
"We started doing our taxes with Lisa 13 years ago (with the exception of 2 random years) and generally she’s been wonderful. A few snafus here and there but this year we’ve suddenly turned into people who are unworthy of her service and she will not communicate with us at all unless I threatened police action. And she still has yet to answer my question of whether my taxes of been filed or not. Our appointment was February 11th with her. It is now April 14 and she has yet to answer the simple question of have they actually been filed or not. I have ignored and less I certain police action and then I get a vague non-answer. I don’t know what happened but I used to recommend her to anybody who would listen this but now I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone."
