"I was in the office talking to the agent and this man came to my house took some pictures without my permission I should reported him to the police . I have Videos and more pictures about him. This is illegal."
"My adjuster Mark Bibelhauser was very nice and helpful, had some trouble getting a Auto body shop to take a look at it because of them being full but that was not KFB fault. All in all great experience since it was my first time having a accident."
"I had a fender bender on Crittenden drive by the fairgrounds. They are taking great care of me!! Love Kentucky Farm Bureau!"
"Terrible Terrible company me and my wife got a settlement agreed after some one rear ended us and still no check they d%$% us around the whole process. They truly are a terrible company please by all means, higher a great attorney and stay on top of it they will never give you the money don't do it alone. And also stay on top of the hospitals and your own attorney they are all in it together. This insurance company can care less if you die they rather not pay you a dime nor a penny."
"I'm a United States military veteran. Since leaving the military I've not only earned 3 masters degrees but I've also written and published over 40 books. Yet my experience at this office this morning left me feeling melancholy because I was treated as if I wore a tail. I called the office before visiting. The Caucasian woman answering the phone gave me my adjusters voicemail, knowing that he was out on vacation this week. I had told her that it was urgent and she still sent me to the voicemail of a man who would not be in the office today. I then drove to the office. A sweet African American girl greeted me and her customer service was beyond great. She referred me to the woman who had earlier sent me to voicemail. This woman spoke to me like it was 1901 and she thought that her family owned me. Her delivery was beyond rude. Maybe she did not think that I was educated enough to leave a review. Shame on her because this African American woman is educated. While in the military I treated everyone with respect despite race. I now work in the customer service field and I treat everyone who calls or visits my office with respect despite race. Maybe the employees of kentucky farm bureau could use some diversity training. Kentucky Farm bureau, 1 of my masters degrees is in HR so if you would like to hire someone to conduct a well needed diversity training to your employees, I will be more than willing to make the time to conduct that training. RACISM is NEVER okay! NEVER"
