"The woman at the front desk (Aparna) was very dismissive, unhelpful, and full of attitude. We were checking in and when she couldn’t find our reservation, she never even acknowledged the booking confirmation we showed her even though we got it using their own website. She then got our checkout date wrong so we were locked out of our room the next day. Also don’t be deceived, there’s no such thing as breakfast here. We checked out before 9am and stopped by the breakfast counter: the only things there were styrofoam cups, syrup, and a clean unused waffle maker. I’d also add that the walls are very thin, you can hear all the trucks and motorcycles passing by. Would’ve been nice if they provided basics such as hangers for the coat rack and a hairdryer. Not sure who’d be able to find an induction stove in the kitchenette useful unless they carried around with their own induction pots, pans, and utensils because these aren’t provided either."

The website mentioned that the room comes equipped with pots, pans, and utensils due to the presence of a stove, but unfortunately, these were not provided. When I inquired at the front desk, I was initially dismissed, but after explaining the impracticality of a stove without cookware, they acknowledged the oversight. Another inconvenience was the absence of cups in the room, making it challenging to use the microwave for hot water. Additionally, the room featured a bar to hang clothes, yet no hangers were provided. While I don't expect travelers to bring their own hangers or pots, these missing essentials diminished the convenience and functionality of the room. In summary, the hotel has potential, but attention to detail and fulfilling promised amenities could significantly enhance the guest experience. The rooms are new and very clean. The parking area is big. The front desk has a thick window and it is hard to hear the attendant. It made me wonder if we are in a bad area of Houston. The breakfast was terrible! We couldn’t even finish a second bite of the waffle. They provided a special rate for military. I would stay again for a short time."

"Stayed here 2 nights. It’s a brand new hotel; the rooms are amazing, the staff and the front desk manger are friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, comfy beds & continental breakfast. I will would highly recommend it!!"

"Great place to stay. I’ve read into some of those “1 star” reviews a lot of people left for this place and I generally feel like they just need one tiny thing to nitpick just to have an excuse to give a bad review. This place was everything it said and looked in the photos. Yes the location isn’t on the maps yet but it being a new place I’m sure it will be fixed. The room was amazing, perfect bed, great modern look and touches to the room. I travel a lot between Texas cities and I can say I found my forever place to stay when traveling to Houston. The parking lot is very well lit and add cameras around the property make it feel very safe and comfortable to sleep at night. Will definitely come back again."

The location of the map must be corrected, so that it will not Cause trouble to come here to stay. Just entered the hotel area, maybe it was a normal working day, so there weren't many people staying, maybe the wrong area of ​​google maps also had an effect, it was quiet, new and nice inside, microwave and small refrigerator.
