"I would not recommend sleeping here unless you have nowhere else to go. Wallpaper in the bathroom is held up by tacks and peeling off, possibly mold in the walls, and pink mold in the shower head. Several shoes under the bed, makes it seem like someone lives here already. Trash everywhere. Bedframe is held up by some random box. Headboards are torn up. Bedsheets are black from I don’t know what… There are what looks to be blood stains on the walls and corners on the pillars. Floor stains everywhere, lounge chair smells, and random wires everywhere. I asked for a refund and they said they would charge $50 for a refund"
"Valentine 21 Visit! Spent hours searching online for a room with a Spa Tub. Turns out they aren't being offered during COVID. Reserved room only and drove about 30 minutes to find out what I ordered was not available. Front desk offered me a room without for half the price so I took it. I was first given keys to a room that had not been properly cleaned by housekeeping. I called downstairs and was immediately given another key. He made me promise I would check the room good before calling him again. I laughed! I ended up sending my husband downstairs the second time because the heater was not working and it was one of the coldest night of the year. My husband was given a third key with no issues. The third room was clean and the heater worked. It took a minute to warm, but it did and when it did it was cozy. We didn't get to participate in all the activities we planned to that night; but we did get some pretty good sleep. Breakfast is also not offered during COVID. Received a wake up call 20 minutes before check out.! Was thanked at the door and asked to leave a review. @tksmitten_advocacy Reviews Make Better Businesses"
"I typically don't ever take time to write about my experience at any hotels that I stay at but I felt the need to take the time to share my personal experience here. Everything here was very kept- clean, nothing too crazy but was to an efficient, Grade A type of focus and genuine concern at any way to support the many questions that i had . There was a high and delicate focus to detail with nothing left to wonder about the cleanliness and that confidence definitely made me feel great about my stay. What took my experience over the top and surprisingly unexpected at such a late check in was the customer service, positivity and genuine care and catering to my needs as a customer and it was truly unexpected to find such hospitality and friendly care with every question i had and i feel as though the extra attention to how those answers and ensuring they satisfied my curiosity. I definitely recommend staying here and hope that more businesses take the time to be so human and considerate instead of a transactional type of business. Thank you guys for my experience and i hope more people talk the time to share that positive experience that i know exists throughout the culture of this business."
"Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Double charged and still no refund. Evacuated for hurricane and booked two rooms ahead of storm. Prepaid them and arrived and they said I only booked one room. Showed receipt and the guy argued with me. Others in lobby had same issues. He was rude and disrespectful. Asked for wash clothes and towels to shower. A family of four and he gave me one wash cloth and one towel. And refused to give me more . I paid to stay here and was treated like I owed them something. Would not send anyone here !"
"My family and I were evacuating Louisiana due to the hurricane. When we got to the hotel, the agent Durani was extremely rude and made our check-in feel like an inconvenience. You would think that in a state of emergency hotel employees would be more "hospitable" and show some compassion. He never made eye contact or even smiled during check-in. We had no choice but to endure his foul behavior since we were literally stranded there with young children. Thanks for making such a stressful time even worse!!!"
