"Was a loyal customer of there’s for a long time never had a issue, about a month ago i went & got a room. Went into the room & saw roaches in the bathroom, asked for a room change & saw smaller roaches in the second room in fact when i stepped in i stepped on one. Went to the front desk & asked for a refund they told me no. Went to get a room & they told me i was basically black balled from the premises. Because i left after trying to get my refund. Terrible way to treat a loyal paying customer."

"Being a customer for every 2 weeks, And for the first time i asked for 1 hr late check out and the response was you have to pay 10$ and talking to me very rude, because i said that in all hotels gives 1-2 hrs late check out for free. And that day i checked-in around 2am. I think it was unnecessary treat me like that."
