"This is an excellent hotel. Want to thank Angela at the front desk as well as Roger for always take great care of us. Roger went the extra mile more than once to accommodate us. The general manager does a great job as well. We have stayed at this hotel quite a bit recently and it never disappoints. The level that each employee is willing to go to make your stay great, is well received. I rarely write review's but this one needed to be written for outstanding customer service and cleanliness across the board. The restaurant really goes the extra mile as well. Thank you."

"Dont waste your money! Total disappointment. Coffee machine broke, outdoor fire pit broke, no foam pillows, smart tv doesnt get any smart channels, old wore out bed, no usb plug ins for charging anywhere… def not modern, yet they charge 234.00 a night… also, you pay for parking (even though its a private parking lot) and pay $17 for breakfast which is complementary everywhere else… who does that? trust me… go to the Marriot less than a minute away. Will not be back to this place. Next time I will thoroughly read the reviews…"

"I had a reservation booked for this past Saturday. 23 hours before the check in I became ill and was running a fever. I called the hotel directly, spoke with the front desk and requested a cancellation. I was informed that since it was 23 hours before I may not get my money back but they would speak with management and try for me. Last night I got a call in the middle of the night asking if I was still checking in. I understand if I couldn’t get a refund but they ignored my cancellation request, did not speak with management and woke me and my wife up in the middle of the night. Service leaves much to be desired here."

"I was on the road when I called to reserve a room. Now this may have been both my fault and the person whom I was speaking with. However, I feel like the workers need to inform me on things before arriving so I can if need be find a different place to stay at. I was arriving here right after midnight. The worker on the phone did not inform me that I need to pay an early arrival fee (this is not the issue). When I arrived they couldn’t find my reservation because I booked it for the following day since I arrived pass midnight. At the front desk when I arrived informed me that I would have to change my reservation to the night before to check in. This is the problem. If someone could of informed me beforehand this issue of confusion wouldn’t have happened."

"Totally amazed! The updates to the hotel are immaculate and the professionalism is unmatched. We came as a quick getaway to celebrate my 50th Birthday, and to mentally process a recent health challenge in my family. I was greatly surprised with the welcome gift and Birthday card (signed by staff). The GM (Leila Wong), Rosa (Asst GM), Front Desk support associates, and the kitchen staff, have all helped to make this an amazing time. We've been coming to this hotel since 2008, and even used the meeting space for our church meetings/retreats. However, the way the GM (Leila) came over and introduced herself, just made us feel like this hotel has definitely changed leadership. There is a standard here and it is clearly obvious when you walk through the doors. The rooms are well-cleaned and the lobby and gym are so prepped for your arrival. The hotel is so clean, the air quality is clean, the housekeeping staff are so nice and you can feel the energy here. I typically write reviews after I check out. However, I just had to submit this review RIGHT NOW!! Blessings upon this staff and this hotel."
