"Nasty. hallway reeks. Comfronter has stains, burns, and holes. Every surface needs repainted. Room is missing bulbs. Bathroom has roaches. Really weird TV channels."

"Everything about this location is TERRIBLE! Especially the management! The hotel staff needs to be trained in hotel management and hospitality. Confidentiality as well, while attempting to check me in, he was helping another guest (which is fine) but my issue was that he asked the other guest about their room number while dealing with my folio instead of being confidential to it all. Body language, tone, and attitude classes are very much needed for this staff! I work in customer service and used to work at a hotel myself so I’m well aware of how situations should and should NOT be handled! They were TERRIBLE here!"

"Very dirty place. The hallways doesn't look like no one cleans them at all. I moved rooms 3 time and then gave up and went and got cleaning supplies and bug spray. The guy at the desk was nice but clueless and very slow. I might as well paid $100 for a room because I paid the difference on cleaning supplies. Also I don't think the room is up to code. One of the lamps was very poorly repaired on its cord and still had wire exposure. I'm steadily having to get up to kill bugs. Find somewhere else to go. Your not going to save money here if you worry abut germs like me."

"The room was decent for the price. But the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke and weed! Trash everywhere outside and the building needs lots of repairs. Bring your own towels. I found a hair and what looked like a blood stain in one towel. So we didn't take a shower. You can't request for new towels whenever housekeeping is not there! Lots of other things as well that were off-putting. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else!"
