"I went to Gold Rush to have a ring resized and fix a charm on a necklace that had worn thin after daily wear of 30+ years. When I got it back, the hole on charm had been closed and no longer fit on chain and there was a prong sticking up on ring. When I finally took it in for them to fix, I only discussed loop on chain with the older guy and was basically told I was wrong and that’s how it was… I assured him it was not and refused to argue. He was rude and tossed the chain and charm back. I am not sure I ever had a good feeling about that place but I will NEVER darken their door again. Beware. NEVER AGAIN!"
