"The employees did a good job and were quick to help me however the main issue was the 1/8 delta flower I was sold was short which you can imagine made me beyond upset since its already expensive. Its already hard and stressful living in Austin, so I don't understand why I also need to test the honesty of every store I visit. I did call and tell the employees that it was short and also they should contact who sold them the products to figure out why theyre not selling full doses. I wasn't offered a refund, discount, or anything to compensate. It seemed like they didn't care since the sale was already done. I just got a "Sorry bro, I'll let them know" and that was the end of it. Id only say go here for the pipes and bongs; anything else like gummies, flower, pills, anything consumable is meant to rip you off. I hate driving all the way to Houston for a trusted honest shop but I might just have to from now on. Beyond disappointed for a first time experience."

The best prices I've seen around town. The clerk was very helpful and informative. I would recommend this place to anyone."

"I'm in from out of town and decided on going to this shop for my Kratom needs while in the area. I've visited this shop 3 times during my stay and every time there was a different person running the shop and each of them were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of not only their own inventory, but what item is best for what purpose. They went out of their way each time to make sure I purchased the exact product to best fit my needs. The prices of the inventory were fair as well. If you value reasonable prices and friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff as well as a large, diverse selection of products to choose from, this is most definitely the place to go! It's in a great location near the SoCo shopping district and fairly central to a lot of popular areas in Austin. I will definitely be choosing Nirvana as my go to supply store anytime I'm in the area in the future and you should too! I would say it's the best smoke shop in Austin, but I don't really care to visit any other shops to know for sure."
