"Before the COVID situation we used this place to keep our dogs while on vacation. Due to the fact we haven't used them since the summer of 2019, before COVID, they no longer consider us as customers. So I guess they no longer want any of our business or money. In fact they consider us as "new customers" because of the time lapse. They specifically said that they don't want new customers. It is a shame since their service was pretty good."

"This is such a great welcoming place for both Veterinary Care and Grooming. My fur babies have found a new doctor and a new groomer I had previously given them a 5. I changed my rating to a 2. One of my dogs was very sick, I called to get him in, I was told that they had no record of my dogs or me. I have been going to them since they opened the new location, they then told me since I had never had my dogs there, I would not be able to get an appointment for 3 weeks. I was extremely upset and had to take him to a substandard vet My dogs are also groomed there by Bridget."
