"The office staff at this F.M. 1960 location are awesome, very helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms and prices aren’t too bad. Great place to stay to save money on rent etc. I would recommend one of the premium suites to anyone. I give 4 stars to location- not to fond of trying to go down 1960."

"The employees are excellent and will do their best. But the whole system is abominable. I booked for a week, on the InTown website and was told check in was 3-7p. What I was not informed of by the website was that if you don’t arrive before 7, you will be unable to access the room you paid for. And then are still charged for the night. This is the worst possible business ever. Upon arriving I was informed there were no towels and day 3, still none. You get charged $3 a day for internet but the internet cuts in and out constantly. If you are expecting an average hotel, adjust your expectations. More like an expensive extremely small apartment. But in a pinch it will do. The manager is so helpful it almost makes up for the lack of pretty much everything else."

"They refused to give my deposit back because I left trash in my room! I literally said and I quote “ so I’m paying the housekeepers to do their job?” And he said yes there’s a cleaning fee. Why would I make the room spotless before leaving? What are you paying your housekeeping to do? Two bags of Trash which was in Walmart bags does not cost 50$. Also, they have roaches and I had a gun pulled out near my room and in traumatized"

"I have been living at the westchase property for about two months now , my experience here have been so comforting, the maintenance guys are so helpful any day anytime I can call and get assistance. The Manager keeps the property so clean, she is one of the most hardworking property manager I have came across. Her love for her job can she by the way keep maintain the property. She always inspect the room to make sure everything is working the housekeeping make sure every time I come back into my room, It looks and smells amazing I just wanna say thank you for having us here and we appreciate the great customer service."

"I missed the 7 PM deadline to check on Saturday night even though I came all the way from the west coast for a month along with my family. So according to their policy, I had to come on Monday morning but still they could not retrieve the Expedia reservation. So if I still had to book, I would have to do so with a higher price rate which I refused. So long story short, we cancelled the month long reservation without a full refund. But due to Expedia's effort, they were kind enough to refund fully. So even though I did not stay for even a minute, I give them 5 star for their kindness."
