"Check the expiry date of your items if buy stuff here. They try to sell expired items if you buy curbside delivery."
"A female named Alex gave me such great service. Promote her.....!!!!! Lol.... This woman was so unkind to me for no reason I just decided to give you 5 stars anyway.. I already talked to the manager who apologized for her not much else you can do. Enjoy your weekend. I love this store and people so I got nothing else bad to say great people and location usually."
"Very rude and disrespectful service 10/29/22 12:30pm at the pharmacy instead of being helpful and explaining that I was put on a discount when I provided GoodRx card which was more than supposedly Walgreens discount. I was given a price and I thought it was the total for my purchase the pharmacist snapped and said it was for one med. I informed I was just asking because when someone states "your total is" one would assume it's for the total purchase. I would never go to this Walgreens again. I'm in the area on a work assignment and wanted my Rx sent to a national chain, what a mistake with Walgreens. I'm forced to give it a one because it won't allow a post with a rating."
"Part I This review is strictly for the pharmacy. This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. They are disorganized, incompetent and rude. They never fill my husband's prescription right. They transferred my prescriptions to another Walgreens without notifying us or providing a reason. I understand dealing with the public can be an absolute nightmare. However, in this case they are the nightmare. Do yourself a favor and go to any other of the several pharmacies in the area: CVS, HEB or even the other Walgreens near Anderson Mill. PartII Well, I stupidly gave this place another chance. Even paid online in advance and got a code for pickup. Got there just to be told they put my prescription in storage which voided my online payment and after 50 minutes (30 in the drive-thru/20 inside) was quoted $15 more without reason. They refused to make an adjustment. I have no one to blame but myself, because I went against my own better judgment and gave them another chance. I won't make that mistake again."
"I just have to give a shout out to the pharmacist with long dark hair at the Four Points Walgreens (Nicole?). Wow! I had a prescription that was complicated between insurance, another system, and the doctor's office. She worked so hard and made a gazillion phone calls on Thursday night to try to get it worked out since the prescription had a deadline on it. She couldn't get it to go through (needed the doctor to redo something) but she worked on it again Friday morning and the stars aligned with all of the systems and I was able to get it. I wouldn't be surprised if she made 15 phone calls to get this resolved, all while helping other customers. She truly cares. My son has a rare genetic syndrome and he needs so many medicines so we have been using this Walgreens for quite a while. We definitely do get frustrated at times but much of the frustration is due to insurance or the sheer volume of medicines they deal with here. Their employees in the pharmacy never have any down time and somehow they do all their work without getting frustrated at angry customers. Their jobs are definitely made more difficult due to the health insurance industry but they sure work hard to try to get issues resolved. Thanks again to Nicole who worked so hard on my prescription. You definitely went above and beyond!"
