"This is the second time I purchased items from this store. The first time I met the owners who were super friendly and helpful. This time I had the pleasure of being helped by John who was not just friendly, but I feel he went above and beyond. There was an item that I wasn’t sure about, and John went as far as looking it up online and making sure I was purchasing exactly what I needed. He even sent me out the door with a gift bag full of goodies for me, and my adult daughter who I had mentioned in conversation. This type of customer service is hard to find these days. Their prices are so much lower than the other similar local shops. The selection is more extensive too with many items that are generally hard to find here in Austin.
