"A couple reasons the people were heavily impatient with me which I can forgive cause I did come later than usual but then came billing......... every year you get more and more expensive for just a simple tax return. I'm done being overcharged to do a simple tax return that could be done free online. Or much cheaper with a local tax person. I've been with H&R Block since 2008 this probably will be my final year doing my taxes through H&R Block. I would probably stay if you stop charging so much for a service that is free if I could stay home and do it myself."

"Well for the last 15 years ive got the anticipation loan for some reason i was denied it this year. That has been the only reason ive had it done and payed $500 bucks was for the loan. I will think twice next year before i go back. I really needed that this year since my cars motor just blew a head gasket. My electric is on the frits of getting cut off and also my landlord is on my tail about back lot rent. I NEEDED THAT LOAN.........NOTHING HAS CHANGED ON MY BEHALF........."

"They’re getting 2 instead of 1 because I enjoyed Shiela she was nice and funny and didn’t make it boring. However she did make a mistake on our injured spouse form and the owner of the store sent me $50 check. I’m waiting 8 + weeks for my refund now and paid them $350 and they refund me $50. What an insult. I’ll go elsewhere next year if throwin a $50 check for their mess up is their customer service. Also the first thing they asked me was if I bought some kind of insurance to protect me from this situation. Absolutely not, why would I pay ADDITIONAL to protect myself from YOUR mistake in which I’m already paying you a ton to do. Ridiculous."

"Came early to make sure I had everything I needed and verified. From the get go it was horrible. Felt like I was already being pushed out the door so she could help someone else she did last year. Filed with HR Block last year without my wife signing and now she has to sign. No income on her end and I didn’t need her last year. I had Loretta Lehigh and I would suggest staying away from her. Not personable at all. I’ll stick to online."
