Level All

"Even though our concrete steps wasn’t able to be raised to level it was raised enough to greatly reduce the risk of tripping between the steps and the driveway. I will however need to recall & have Level-All come back in the spring to refill the caulk in my lower driveway slabs. The foam backing has come to the surface of the caulk. Reference the attached photos"

"Had Level All out to raise driveway to match garage floor, and even up sidewalk. Also had them to stabilize front porch, and seal two cracks. They did an excellent job on the driveway, and mostly leveled up the sidewalk. They pumped in foam to stabilize porch. Would have given them 5 stars except the cracks are still open, the sealer did not seal them tight, and some places could have been cleaned up much better."

"I needed the primary concrete steps leading to main walkway to my newly renovated house leveled. Additionally, I needed four walkway slabs removed and replaced. Level-All tried to level the steps, but apparently they were anchored underneath and could not get them level. (which was primary reason I needed them). They did remove and replace the four slabs....but initially did a very bad job. I complained, Level-All agreed that the work was not acceptable and came back and removed & repoured the slabs. Unfortunately, the rework was not much better and when I questioned the appearance, they did another quick "rework" that didn't address the issues at all. The slabs have a very unprofessional appearance, are crooked, uneven and not level. (see pictures). When the rework started, I was assured that the work would look professional when completed and was asked that I pay the balance owed that same day as they are a small business and needed the funds. Unfortunately, I did pay as I expected the work to be good. Overall, I am very disappointed in the quality of work, as I expected a professional looking new walkway with level steps leading up to it. I didn't get either one."

"They came out to lift one of my patio slabs that had dropped on one side so it was at a slant and had a tripping hazard. When they tried to lift the the pad the material went under my level pad and lifted it to point where it is worse than the one they were supposed to lift. The tripping hazard now is worse. They were not able to level the original pad that I hired them to lift. They cracked both pads and did not clean up the left over material. They spattered material on my siding which will not clean off. When call to complain the person I talked to was rude and when I said I wasn’t going to pay she said they would take me to court. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy."

"they came out and tried to level my pool deck that looked like they were sinking and sliding down an incline. try as they might, they were unsuccessful. due to the unique location and construction of our pool it maybe that our pool is the problem. anyways, they did a great job, cleaned up the area, and i have a warranty if it does start sliding down the incline."
