"It was a very nice place, the room was nice, and the location was great. And the breakfast was good. A definite stay again."

"The manager in the morning is very helpful and nice but if you have anything in your room I guess housekeeping considers that far game.I am disabled and a veteran, I feel that my space was incredibly violated. My room was half cleaned and I had a sample of silver ore that I had brought with me but housekeeping must have desired the rock more and lifted it from my room. Didn't finish throwing out trash or making the bed but they did have time to take what wasn't theirs."

"The room was nice and big with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The rooms were clean. Front desk and breakfast staff were friendly. Breakfast was continental style. Beds were comfy as well. We enjoyed our stay."

"Our stay was made perfect by the wonderful and caring service we received from the staff: Ms. Sharon- front desk, Ms. GiGi- breakfast, Mr. Sandy- night desk clerk, and Mr. Bobby. We were in town to handle a family emergency and they made us feel safe and at home during our stay. The room was clean as well as the facility overall, breakfast was incredible, and the staff were always warm and beyond helpful to us. We highly recommend staying at this facility for any travel needs. We will most definitely be returning ourselves when we are back in the area. My family would like to personal thank these staff members for being so phenomenal and helping make a very hard and emotional time for us as calm and comfortable as possible while we visited the hotel."

"I am a frequent traveler, and was happy with this hotel. I had zero issues here. Comfy beds, everything worked properly and front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Our 9 year old slept on the sofa bed and said he was comfy too. ( I wouldn't sleep there if you are over 100 pounds though) The room was a nice size and plenty of places for suitcases. Wifi was fast, and there was a nice variety of TV channels. It was quiet, easy check in, and convenient location. This was a lot cheaper than staying directly in San Antonio during Spring Break and it was an easy drive in. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. The waffle machine was cool, but food tasted old. Skip Breakfast and enjoy your trip! Tip: if you like Pho, there is a great spot at the next exit and you are really close to Bucee's!"
