"Use to love this shop but they have quickly gone down hill. Bought a disposable two days ago in the Texas city location. Tried my product in the store like normal and it didn’t work right like it’s suppose to. Talked to the workers and they wouldn’t do anything so when I went to Santa Fe yesterday for another disposable talked to the manager and he blantantly told me as long as it somewhat works it’s not their problem. The new disposable I had bought then became burnt after 5-7 hits and there’s no point in going back to even talk to anyone about it anymore for the simple fact of they don’t care. They only try to make a sale and not keep the customers happy and wanting to go back. I don’t blame the owners I blame poor management like I had previously warned the owners personally. Will never go back even when I use to work there myself it’s sad to see egotistical management ruin an amazing store. Prices are decent but not worth faulty products"
