"The place was just what we needed for a weekend stay due to dance competition. Rooms were clean. Service was good. Had no issues checking in or out. Just a note that when you check-in there is a $50 deposit that has to be paid. Of course you get back at time of check out. Also there is a note in the room that states that on weekends Fri-Sat cleaning is not available. In Sunday morning the cleaning crew were already working by the time I was ready to check out. There is a note in the bathroom about if you need clean towels you bring down your dirty ones for new ones. Also on another note check out is at noon. That was awesome."

"Staff was not friendly, VERY unprofessional. The room was not as clean as it should be. We stayed 3 nights and not once did our room get cleaned! We asked for more towels and they request you bring yours down but when we did, we only got 3 towels back. When i asked for small rags she had an attitude. We will not be back"

"It was a great rate but not. The best experience. The room did have roaches. The rooms were somewhat clean . It looks like they did a remodel to cover up what he use to look like. Ideal for someone who is staying one night but not for long term stay .there are homeless people roaming around the hotel but they are not standing outside. The beds are extremely hard"

"This hotel is right next to I-35. Tile flooring throughout. We arrived in the middle of the night, 2 am. Getting to our room, I felt I woke everyone around with a noisy cart. Be sure to get a laundry bag for your towel exchange and towel accountability. That was unusual for me. I did find some imperfections with the room, but we did get rest and sleep. There is plenty to do within a short distance, shopping centers, restaurants, and fast food to include a Buc-ee's. Scrambled eggs only served on the weekends. I will definitely be back in the New Braunfels / Gruene area, but I will probably choose a different Choice Hotel."

"Great place to stay, awesome amenities that make your life easier while traveling, free breakfast is really nice as well. Only downside is that room services only clean your room every third day by default, they don't even replace your towels or empty your trash baskets."
