"This place really doesn't even deserve one star. When I booked our stay, I was searching through the photos provided on the website. Photos of a fully equipped kitchen, clean and airy rooms. But!!!! When we got there, they gave us a key card and said go see this room and let us know if that would work for us. Oh My God! We opened the door of this room and was hit with a horrible stinch that made us gag and it was so filthy. I do believe their intention was to show us a disgusting room to begin with. When we went back to the office and said that room was horrendous, they had no problem offering an "upgrade" for more money. What a scam they have going on there. There was NO kitchen plates/utensils/pots/pans, etc (as shown on the website with their logo on it). It wasn't until after we signed everything, we were informed there's "one complimentary" roll of toilet paper and one towel/washcloth each. I don't even know how to describe some of the people coming and going from there. It scared me to walk out the door. The hotel manager Linda was extremely rude and lashed out at my friend accusing him of taking a laundry cart out of the laundry facility which he actually found in the elevator and was taking it back to the laundry room. The shower curtain in our room was too short and if we hadn't noticed it, water would've been running down to the room below us. Maybe, again, it was their intention to charge us for the damages. Needless to say, we had to remove the curtain from the rod so it would sit lower then the showers edge so it wouldn't run all over the floor. Bottom line...I absolutely hated my time in this place and unless you have no other choice, I would highly recommend anywhere but InTown Suites Extended Stay on Perrin Beitel Road San Antonio TX."

"I'm super grateful for how the bathroom is and that everything is taken care of so quickly. There are roaches but it's not dirty so it's not uncomfortable. The only complaint I would have is they should clean the carpet. But I'm so happy about the overall cleanliness."
