"The worst closing my realtor has ever had (in her 60+ closings this year). Didn't even bother to call to let us know that the notary they were sending was not going to be able to make it - no, my realtor got a lovely email. And yes, you read that right, they tried to send us a notary and not a closing attorney. My realtor had to threaten that we would not close before they somehow were able to find a closing attorney to walk us through the documents. This was after stating that they do not send closing attorneys unless a client closes in their city (so just a heads up if you plan to use them and are not in Louisville, they don't see you as an equal client if you're not in the same city). A disappointment all around on what is supposed to be an exciting and stress-free day. Absolutely unprofessional, my dog could manage a closing better than them."
