"The only outdoor pool open at Fort Campbell (as of this review). It is large. Up to 394 are allowed in the pool area at any given time. The shallow end is 4'6", the middle is between 5' and 5'6", and the deep end is 9'. If you have toddlers or your kids aren't strong swimmers, you should use the life jackets provided or bring your own. It's the reason I give this pool 4 out of 5 stars. A 3 ft. end would be more enjoyable for the little ones, but it's not a deal breaker. For babies, they do NOT allow the large circular baby float (the ones you can sit the baby in with the canopy etc.) NO exceptions. There were numerous occasions when I saw disappointed parents wanting to have their baby float next to them while they swam. There are 2 lap lanes (first come first use). There are 3 tube slides, each with different speeds (blue-slow, red-medium, green-fast). 12 yo and under must pass a swim test to use the slides. There are 15 min adult only swim sessions approx. every hour. That is also the time the swim tests are given on the deep end of the pool. There are 4+ lifeguards rotating around the pool and they are attentive, but remember keep an eye on your kiddos. All the staff are courteous and friendly. Lots of lounge chairs to sunbathe and a covered area with multiple picnic tables. Each locker room is clean and has ample bench space, 4 showers, and 4 latrine stalls. Overall, great spot to hang out for summer fun. The season family pass is more affordable than what you'd get off post ($180)."

"Seriously you have the indoor pool for units and active duty. Way to make the families suffer even more. How selfish. Been military 12 years and now dependa. Seriously I pass by during the active duty swim and there is barely anyone there. Kids are only off for a few months during the summer. Way to ruin families summer."

"The kids really enjoy this pool. It's not overly crowded. Depths range from 4'6 - 9' with th addition of 3 water slides. The staff is all very friendly and the area is kept clean. My 2 complaints: 1. There is constant debris on the pool floor on the "family side" to be expected on busy days. Just more then I'm comfortable with. 2. They have a swim suit dress code. However they do NOT enforce it. This is a pool ON POST and full of young children...... THONGS ARE INAPPROPRIATE. I'm glad your comfortable with your body but choose the place and time. I've been told directly that it's only enforced if someone complains . This is not ok"
