"Made my appointment online. Check-in was easy. Amanda drew my blood and she was fantastic. Easily the best (fastest and most painless) blood draw I’ve ever had. 10 stars."
"First, they didn't send my blood on time and I had to get redrawn. Then they double booked me and refused to accommodate me. I needed a blood draw done in a timely manner to test my hormones levels at peak after a pellet, and will now have to wait another three months."
"Please don’t waste your time coming to this Quest location. My appointment was at 12:30 and I arrived at 12:15. They have no one manning the desk. In the time I arrived there were 3 people waiting to check in (the self check in kiosk does not work) and by my appointment time another 3 people walked in after me. Mind you… no one from the back has come to check anyone in. There was a lot of confusion if anyone was checked in at all because the kiosk did not work. A woman had an 11:30 appointment and was never seen. The staff told her even though she had an appointment it wasn’t in their system and she had to be treated as a walk in. I was not seen until 12:45 and the staff was extremely lackadaisical and unconcerned with appointment issues. They seem understaffed and will ignore patients at the front desk waiting to speak with someone to confirm their appointment. On a positive note, my phlebotomist was nice once I entered the patient room. Don’t be like me and read the poor reviews and thing anything will be different. This is a horrible Quest and needs to be shut down."
"Made an appt, waited all of 2 min once I checked in. Amanda drew my blood and was so good! Probably the best I’ve ever had. She has techniques I’ve never experienced before and was able to draw blood from a vein no one had ever been able to get blood from. And I couldn’t feel it! She’s awesome!"
"I had a very unpleasant Saturday walk in visit today. Giving this location 2 stars only because my husband was lucky to do his blood work with a much nicer and more helpful person than the staff member I met. We both had a printed blood work order from our doctors office, so it was not in the system. The lady I was lucky to deal with was annoyed that she had to enter all the info in. There was some confusion about which insurance to use, new though I was open to help, just never got a chance to communicate with this staff as adults or at least professional people would do. I would never think this could be a good reason to stop answering my questions or talking to me. The last thing she asked me was if I have arm preference. After that she punched my vein the way it hurt me that bad that I had to tell her. She did not say anything, did not ask any questions, just kept standing there changing test tubes. She hurt me intentionally because I did not do something the way she wanted. Now I have a pretty big blood hématome on my arm that I cannot use as it is hurting that bad."
