"Definitely 5 stars for efficiency, no time to even get picky about anything else! I was able to easily book an appointment time online the same morning I needed my blood draw (today). I booked an 11am appointment at around 9:30am. I arrived and checked in at about 10:45am, was called back at 10:56am and was back in my car by 11:04am. The blood draw was quick and easy, the technician straightforward and efficient but sufficiently pleasant and polite. For my purposes, I don’t know what more I’d ask for."

"I was very worried because the reviews were horrible for this location, but I had a great experience. I did make an appt for 11:40 am, but I was afraid they might not get to me due to closing at noon. I went in a couple of hours early, used the kiosk to sign in, and was put right into the queue. I waited about 40 minutes and had THE best phlebotomist!! I would highly recommend this location."

"Normally I have no issue here. However, I’ve never seen the office with less than 5 people i it. I love the shorter Asian woman, can’t remember her name but she’s hilarious and SO sweet, talks you through the whole thing and moves quickly. Same for the male that works there. Today I checked in at 8:45 online and my name never showed up on the board. I waited 50 minutes watching people come in and get called back without ever being acknowledged by the staff. I finally got up to ask the second woman there if my online check in came through since I’d been waiting an hour. I didn’t catch her name, African American with leopard glasses. She gave me unnecessary attitude, told me there were only two people there (duh I can see that) and didn’t even bother to ask my name to check. Just swiftly dismissed me and said they’d call me in a minute when all I was doing was quietly asking if I’d been properly checked in knowing full well they were busy and I had made an appointment for 8:45. I’d never seen that woman before but I certainly wouldn’t want her drawing my blood."

"Absolutely the worst lab, I dropped off my 3 samples at the lab on 10-16-23. Average time for results is 3 days. Registering for the online service to get your results is a waist of time! Also trying to call to get the results a total waist. No option to talk to a live person Finally called The URGENT CARE that sent me to this lab on 10-20-23. They had only one of the three results. Today is 10-24-23, this is 9 days after dropping off and STILL NO RESULTS AND NO WAY TO GET THEM!! DON'T EVEN KNOW IF THEY LOST THEM!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!"
