"Poor service. Lack of ownership and care. I took me 3 weeks to just get them to acknowledge receipt of my MRI order from the doctors office. And then they wanted to schedule me 2 weeks out. I decided to drive 100 miles to go to a better place. This place is a no-go!"

"The building is not labeled with the name Akumin which makes finding it difficult. It's been over a week since I had a simple scan done and they can't give my doctor the results because their system was hacked. They can't tell me if my data was stolen. I called and spoke with their staff who seemed indifferent and incompetent."

"The staff was very caring and gentle, The wait time was short got me back right away the nurse was amazing very sweet and caring I am also someone that can’t sit still for very long. They answered all my questions they could and helped me through the whole process and explained everything. They allowed me to listen to country music during this process. It took 45 min in the mri machine and she would talk to me through the head phones through the process. I went for answers and I got them I want to thank them for all there help and will be using them again in the near future. ☺️"

"My insurance company gave me the name and location of this imaging center in Round Rock TX as one that performs mammograms. I went by there in person and was told that it does MRI’s and CT’s only. No mammograms at this location. United Healthcare needs to give out accurate information."
