"Tori and Alicia were fantastic! My best Mammo experience. Thanks for your kindness and professionalism, Tori and Alicia."
"Awesome first experience! Everyone was friendly and I’ll definitely return!"
"A little background, in May, my mother went in for a mammography and bone density scan. She said all of the associated personnel were very nice and accommodating to her pain level when taking the films. She came out smiling and spoke highly of the experience. This is why I am giving them 5 stars. In the last 2 days I have spoke to super attentive and active ladies who were able to get the films to my mothers doctor in a matter of moments. I appreciate the attention to detail and how efficiently they handled my issue that really was the fault of my mother's, primary care providers office staff. Solis is definitely where we will continue to go. Thank you!!"
"First, I'd like to stress that my experience with the technician performing the mammogram was a great and professional experience. However, the overall experience has been very unpleasant because of the payment issue. I needed a mammogram before a procedure I am having this month (December), and because I had my regular mammogram in January, I knew that my insurance would not cover it. I researched and found that I could self-pay for a low cost of $99 at Solis, so that was what I decided to do. When I went into the clinic and they asked for my insurance information, I forgot and gave them my insurance card. While filling out the paperwork and fewer than 5 minutes later, I remembered and went and told the person at the desk that I couldn't use my insurance because they wouldn't cover it and asked if I could give them the $99 coupon. I was told it was too late and that since I had insurance, they had to bill it to them. I questioned that logic since no procedure had been done which meant nothing had been submitted to the insurance yet. I asked if I left and came back in the door and pretended that I had just arrived, would that work? I was told no. I had to have the mammogram so I went ahead and did it, asking again on my way out to please let me pay myself. I was denied. When I got to my car, I called the insurance company to see if it had been filed yet since it seemed as if they moved very quickly and I needed to know how much money I needed to pull together. It had not. I called the next day and the following day, and it still hadn't reached BCBS. Now, I am stuck paying $700+; it would have been cheaper to pay out of pocket at Kelsey Seybold. I take responsibility for the fact that I foolishly handed over my insurance card, but I fail to understand why they wouldn't let me self-pay with the coupon, especially when I told them that my insurance wouldn't cover it. All I can fathom is that it means more money for the company which seems to go against two of the core values touted for Solis: compassion and integrity."
"I had my annual mammogram at this location and I was treated with the utmost care and respect. Megan in the front office went above and beyond to make me comfortable and spent a lot of time helping me to get my results from the previous facility where I had my testing done on the past. She was a great help to me. The technician was also excellent. I really like the capes that I changed into for the exam. It was much nicer that the short paper cover up I had used in the previous facility. When my results came in as suspicious I was called and Megan helped me through the process of setting up further testing. I definitely recommend Solis."
