"The management here is superb! They were extremely professional, empathetic, and extremely helpful. Given the fact that I requested a room in short notice, they were able to accommodate me super well. The room was private, clean and comfortable. I definitely will be staying again, and will recommend this motel to my friends and family. I wish I could give more stars for their customer service!"

"Y’all I don’t know how they did it but the people in charge here obtain my card information . I told the person over the phone my card was used here for a room . And being petty said “well I want to stay in the room” and the guy sounded nervous beyond believe. I said in the end “fine let me file the police report cause then you guys will have to pass them information” and he hung up. Just be aware people !"

"I booked a room here on Booking.com, and I was discouraged when I saw that my reservation had disappeared when I arrived, and I was told to pay ten dollars cash extra for the deposit. I was a little upset, and thought about going elsewhere, but then I put myself in her place for a min, and I bet it’s tough financially running a place like this, and since I don’t plan on destroying the room, I’ll get the deposit back tomorrow. It didn’t hurt that the woman at the desk was GORGEOUS, and was very polite about everything. There are lots of bad reviews, but let’s be honest, you can’t be expecting it to be the Waldorf. It is a reasonably priced room, that is safe, and although the decor is old, it is clean. Take that into consideration when you read the reviews. I think all things considered, they’re doing a great job."

"Beware!! We stayed here because all the real hotels were booked up. It's just terrible! We actually had to go buy pillows and a comforter set because the oness provided were not clean. The sink leaks the toilet runs all night. TV did not work although the a/c did work. The lady at the front desk is rude and won't provide towels outside 11 am. She told us we could go somewhere else if we asked for towels again. Really?? Unbelievable! Don't believe those other reviews this place reminds me of a motel from the movie Wrong Turn. People hanging outside place didn't feel safe. Can't believe this place has 2 stars."

"The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming and accomodating. They let us look at our room to make sure we liked it before they charged our card and officially checked us in. Although the outside is not the most appealing, our room was very clean. We had fresh bedding which is more than I can say for other motels. The parking is limited, however visitors are not allowed so that eliminates extra possible problems as well. Our room also has ICE COLD AC. Its fairly decent if you are looking for a quick available place to stay and it's not over priced."
