"My daughter is currently on day number 5 in the intensive Care unit with my granddaughter. The doctor stated that she is expected to be there through the middle of next week. I have never heard of anyone being in intensive care for nearly 11 or 12 days. So far the doctor has done five things that I have suggested to my daughter. I'm not the doctor. Why is he going on suggestions from my daughter. My granddaughter is severely ill and has had two different types of pneumonia in both her lungs and they just now said that there was an undiagnosed flu. Now they're just checking her eyes and other to make sure she doesn't develop spinal meningitis. I always thought that if for any reason spinal meningitis is suspected then that garners or insists that a spinal tap be done. I am terribly worried and upset because my 8-year-old granddaughter has been confused for over 2 days now. So now I'm screaming at my daughter to have them order a spinal tap. Heaven please help my granddaughter!!!"
"I’ve been a patient at this clinic for almost two years. I won’t be coming here again as I’ve had enough with this clinic. The receptionists are very rude and unprofessional in my opinion. They will let you stand there awkwardly until they are ready to help you. They don’t greet you, just ask who you’re there to see. The doctors and nurses are okay but I feel like I was barely ever heard. Alex, the nurse, was the only person in this clinic that I ever thought truly deserved recognition for his ability as a medical professional. He was always very kind and listened. If you’re looking for a new clinic, I would not recommend this one."
"ADC has some of the worst and incompetent customer service I have ever met. They are unhelpful and rude (I have seen them ignore people at the front desk as opposed to letting them know that their "station" is not open). They are often rude and curt over the phone. Similarly, some of the people who work in the lab will fail to hold the door open for you and it'll slam shut before you can get in (or worse, you get hit by the door), which is really frustrating sometimes. Lab also takes 40+ minutes on a good day. This practice also has a negligent lab, they had lost my sample and called me once to come in to redo it. However, I had forgotten to go in due to a busy schedule, but they never called to remind me; so the question of "What did they even need my sample for?" was raised. It took ADC's billing a month and a half to notify me of an issue that would have been easily resolved had they told me within a week. Their poor work ethic is reflective of the general care of this practice. It may be easier to find medical help elsewhere; save yourself the time and energy."
"Angela Shipe is the absolute worst. Zero bedside manner and she showed up for my telemedicine appointment 50 minutes late with no apology. After suffering a migraine for 9 days I made an appointment with her instead of my GP Rehana Becker. I have chronic pain and am on a few meds. Angela took one look at my list of medications and decided she was incapable of treating me medically or with kindness. She referred me back to Dr. Becker, who I can’t even get in to see until June. I have never been so mistreated and so dismissed by a doctor in my life. Rude, unorganized and apparently incapable of medically treating a migraine. I’d avoid this woman at all costs."
"My internist Dr Debehnke has probed and gotten diagnostic tests done on much of my body and has recorded history as well. He periodically orders the needed blood work and has kept track of any issues going on, as well as the medications I need to take . When I needed the attention and treatment by specialists, he coordinated the tests, diagnosis and treatment with them. I am over 85 and in very good health which I attribute in part to the excellent medical care I have received. The nurses and other supporting staff are courteous and quite efficient"
