"I rarely leave bad reviews but since this place nearly killed me with their negligence I feel this is appropriate. I was referred to them from my primary because I had a lump the size of a 50cent piece in my breast and a family history of BRCA2 and PALB2. They did a 3d mammo, then they did a 2d mammo, and then they did an ultrasound. Said they didn’t see anything and I was young (35) so probably nothing to worry about and sent me on my way. NO BIOPSY! I was relieved, that’s what I wanted to hear! Told me to come back in 6 months for a follow up. At 5 months my lump had turned into a mass and this time they sent me for a biopsy stage 3 breast cancer that had spread to my lymph nodes. My breast surgeon looked at my first set of images and told me they should have been able to see it on those as she clearly could. My oncologist team now refers me to ARA for all my imaging. Breast cancer is becoming more common in young people and these tests need to be taken seriously! I hope the guy that read my imaging pulls his head out of his *** and learns how to do his job before he actually kills someone (if he hasn’t already). I can only wonder how things could have been different if they would have started treatment when I first found the lump vs when it had already spread to my lymph nodes. Do NOT go here for a mammogram and frankly I would question their ability to do any other sort of imaging as well."

"I very rarely leave bad reviews. I’ve now had two different appointments set & confirmed by phone. It takes me an hour & a half to get here by the time I drive to drop off my child to my parents. The imaging staff is great. The appointment staff is aweful. Just read the other reviews. I’m a cancer patient on Chemo this costs me energy, time & money. I haven’t eaten or taken key meds in 13 hours."

"My Dr. sent over an order on 11/1. I called each business day trying to schedule the visit and CPRF kept telling me that they didn't have the order. On day 3 of my phone call, Christy (sp) answered the phone. I explained to her my circumstances and she went above and beyond. She reached out to my Dr., waited for the order, and scheduled me in as early as possible. I am so thankful that they have such a caring person on their staff."

"Just went for an appointment I reconfirmed twice. Was told it was for yesterday. Oh well, guess it's back to ARA. I've heard other patients also being told when they showed up that their appointment was for the previous day. Since schedueling can't get appointments correct, maybe y'all should reconfirm appointments few days before."

"I just had an usual experience- a pleasant mammogram! The staff members were all friendly and efficient, and the technician, Renee, went above and beyond. She carefully explained each step and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Although she probably does this all day long, she treated me as though I was the only patient she had seen all day. To top it off, it was Friday afternoon, so I’m sure they were all pretty ready to be finished for the week! Very impressed."
