"Really bad experience. My appointment was at 3 but was asked to show up 30 minutes early, which I did. In less than 10 minutes my forms were completed and turned over to the courteous front desk, but somehow I wasn't registered until a quarter after three, which seemed odd for such an almost empty place. Forty minutes after 3 a man with the demeanor of someone that is not used to engage with customers called out my last name. I got up and just followed him, as he gave no other instructions before going through the door. Once inside he asked my first name in the distant tone of voice of one who is discontent either with his job or life in general, and after a couple more mumbling questions I changed my shirt and went into the MRI area. I laid down as told and got dyed, caged and ear plugged. He ran 7 sequences and pulled me out, checked the IV and said we had to do it again, because the dye was just showing. By then I was in a bad mood, with a dry throat and a splitting head ache, not to mention this strain in my neck that felt like I slept in a car seat all night. That's the moment I realized I got the technician with the least experience and manners and the greatest disregard for others. I clammed down and got through it. Afterwards I told him I knew my way out when he asked if I knew where the lobby was, changed back into my shirt and finally stepped out into the street after having spent over 1500 dollars and two and a half hours of below average service. Never again."

"I had the best experience here! The ladies at the front desk were friendly and answered my questions. My appointment was on time, quick and easy! The lady (wish I remembered her name) who did my MRI was awesome! She made me feel very comfortable and she was super nice & told me everything I needed to know. It was a breeze thanks to her! "This place is very clean it's also very cold make sure you take a light sweater they also have coffee and chocolate and snacks to keep you cozy the staff are really nice they are very gentle with you and treat you with respect"
