"I felt unwelcome the moment I stepped in. I asked to see any silver items they had and the woman was extremely rude and condescending. I've tried shopping at this business multiple times over the years and they've been standoffish with every experience. I won't bother with this business again."

"They sized and plated my fiancé ring twice due to poor workmanship. The third time it broke we would not allow them to send it back off for a third repair in 5 months so the owner refused to refund our money and called the Bride to be a liar. I will never even walk on the same side of the street as this store. Wedding day is supposed to be special for a bride, now my bride will be walking down the isle with a broke ring."

"Me and my fiancé went in Hardins Jewelry a few months back and had our wedding ring sized and plated. After we got the ring back the gold wore off and the ring broke within a month. Then when we took the ring back the owner argued with us about having it fixed. Finally they agreed to fix it again. Within a month it broke again. The owner again argued with us about it and would not refund the money. She wanted to send it back off. I refused to let her and just told her it was not about the money but the ring. A side note is that she called a bride to be a liar and was really rude. The owner even called the other CO owner on the phone while we were there and made sure we heard her talk bad about us. My feelings are more hurt than anything because of how my fiancé feels. NEVER have work done at this location. They do not do the work they send it off."
