"We paid over $400 for our son's class ring. We have sent it back twice and it still isn't right. He hasn't been able to wear it his senior year. We regret wasting money with this company. The customer service didn't seem to care. They were not helpful at all. Do not use this company!"

"I’m normally not the kind of person to leave negative reviews, but this company has really pressed me. When I received my cap and gown there was not a return label in the package. Now, I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for a week to handle this. I sat on the phone on hold for over and hour then sat on hold again the other day. I’ve also sent two emails to representatives trying to get help before they slap me with the $600 fine. It gets worse. I had to cancel my debit card twice thanks to this company because my info got into the wrong hands somehow. Someone spent $800, but of course I haven’t heard from the company about this, only from my school which had to send out a mass email to graduates. The whole experience with them has been a nightmare."

"I have had nothing but trouble with Herff Jones. I cannot believe my sister's school chose to use this company. When trying to fill out an online application for my sister's high school ring, I had extreme difficulty with even selecting ring choices. The website was unresponsive. After several days of trying to order the ring, I reached the order confirmation page only for the high school graduation year and ring size to be incorrect. There was not a place for me to update this information, so I had to call customer service. The woman I spoke with advised me that she would write down my order information and call me to review and update the order form, if there was a mistake. I never received a phone call. After placing the order, I tried going online to make a payment and I could not login. I know my username and password, but it kept reloading the page; I didn't even receive an error message saying my email or password was incorrect. I tried using Chrome, Edge, and Internet Explorer. I was able to login earlier using Chrome, but now, when trying to access my account, the page is continuously reloading again. I wish we had better options when choosing class rings and other graduation items. I WOULD NOT SHOP WITH HERFF JONES IF I DID NOT HAVE TO. BE ADVISED. TERRIBLE COMPANY."

"Even though it's a lot going on with the virus. I contacted Heff Jones they shipped my kid Class Ring to her. $12.00 shipping cost that I had to pay. Ring quality - 5 Stars Kid name was spelled correctly - 5 Stars Customer Service - Brittany - 3 Stars The other lady that answers the phone - 5 Stars."
