"If I can leave a negative 1 below a zero I would. But there is no option for that. This is one of the worst hotel experience stay I have ever stayed at. If any of you looking for a nice hotel, do yourself a favor and steer clear away from this one. They treat you like you are a peasants staying there. When asked for extra towels or amenities, they take well over an hour to bring it to your room. They are stingy on their towels. They only brought 1 towel to your room when there are 2 of us in the room. The faucet in the room were broken. Water pressure were weak in the shower. The refrigerator in the room doesn’t even work. They have strict guidelines on everything. They are not a customer friendly hotel. I will not be referring my friends or family to this hotel. Never coming back here again!"

"Amazing!!!! Our hotel stay was fantastic! From the staff to the gorgeous room and bathroom, just exceptional!! We stayed on the 9th floor a few weeks ago. All of the staff, including the security team, were kind, helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I love how secure the room floor access is via the elevators and stairs. I love the colors and decor throughout the hotel and room!! The entire staff modeled hospitality to a capacity I have never seen before. I was truly impressed by how accommodating and quick responding the staff was! Thank you for such an enjoyable stay! We will definitely make plans to stay again in the near future!!"

"My husband & I booked a day/spa pass on resort pass for my birthday. It was amazing! The locker rooms were super clean with house keeping tidying up every couple of hours. The pool was cleaned and as we entered the pool area there was maintenance taking out the small debris. However I wished it was a bit more warmer as it was a heated pool. The spa area made you feel so relaxed. We look forward in returning soon!"

"Amazing hotel - cannot say enough good things about the staff and service. Everyone was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. Each floor has refillable water stations for both still and sparkling water. The hotel has a restaurant and rooftop bar/restaurant. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed here for a weekend getaway! We booked the Thompson Suite with king bed. The room was amazing!! It had a spacious living room and bathroom. A bonus wrap around patio which was a Great spot for morning coffee or afternoon drinks. The only draw back was the roof top bar was by reservation only. We were paying guest and couldn’t even get a table for drinks. I feel guest should have priority access to the hotel bar! It was very disappointing that we couldn’t enjoy all the hotel amenities they offer."
