"And so it begins. Around 4am I hear glass breaking, and loud banging outside my window of my top floor room in this hotel. Startled awake, I realize it is the sound of a large dumpster being emptied, and it will end quickly. But it doesn't, only gets worse with more banging that actually shakes the room. It turns out this is from the Costco loading dock a few hundred feet from the hotel, and it continues most of the day and night. When I question the front desk about it, they say they haven't heard anything and that no one has ever said anything. I doubt it. Two nights of sleep lost not only from this, but from sleeping on what feels like a sheet of plywood with a bow in the middle of it. I am rethinking my loyalty to Mariott if they are comfortable with having a hotel like this with their name on it. The entire place needs a deep clean and a makeover - there is grease on the refrigerator and stove that has been there awhile, a layer of dust on the electronics, and an HVAC unit that even though it sounds like a 747 is landing in my room still can't cover up the sounds of the Costco trucks and loading dock. Even though it says online that they offer the traditional Residence Inn Happy hour Monday thru Thursday, apparently not here. When I questioned the woman behind the desk in the much too tight TShirt about this, she acted like I was crazy and said they didn't offer that. The breakfast was items fresh out of the freezer still in their wrappings, placed in a warmer, and pretty much inedible. Oh - and did I mention the desk chair that looked like it had a bite taken out of it by a large Great Dane, or the fact that the windows were so dirty I thought I had woken up to a fog laden morning? The ice machine didn't work, and looked like it hadn't worked in a long time. Save your money, and save your sleep - this isn't a place you want to stay."

"Overall, the quality and service of our stay was really disappointing. I always remember really enjoying the Marriott Residence Inns throughout our travels. However, this visit was not a pleasant experience. We noticed the first couple days that the shower was barely warm and we were low on shampoo. We requested more shampoo and for someone to look into the shower temperature for us. We never did get shampoo. A notice was placed on our door.thay the water would be turned off one of the days we were there for "maintenance". The shower never did warm up even after the scheduled "maintenance". Our room was directly next to the main entry door off the parking area. It was noisy and not a lot of privacy. People stood right in front of our window to smoke outside. The room was never cleaned the six nights we stayed and we had to go get more clean towels at the front desk. Breakfast was decent and we did appreciate the variety of options for both hot and cold eats. Lots of drink options as well. The breakfast staff were great and very helpful! Overall, we would not stay at this location again. We were wishing we would have opted for an Airbnb instead for more privacy as more quiet nights."

"Believe the reviews. One of the worst Residence Inns I’ve stayed at in a long time. Outdated - everything is aged and worn. The bathtubs are well used and stained. The bed didn’t have a cover on the box springs. The hallways were dirty. Only one elevator for four floors. Every where you look something is broken, scratched, stained. There were ants in the bathroom. The TV in the living area is a smaller first gen flat screen with no internet TV. They’ve gotten their use out of this place and it’s time for a remodel. I was happy to check out and put this place behind me."

"Our room smelled awful. We slept with the windows open all night, even when it got into the low 40s. Most of the hotel gives off old, dirty vibes once you get past the front desk. Breakfast was good, though, and the two ladies at the front desk were helpful and kind. But I would not stay here again because of the room."

"Staff was very friendly, no complaints there. Room was comfortable. Complementary breakfast had been sitting in the warmers for too long, and the coffee tasted watered down. There was also a $5 parking fee, which I didn't expect, as I have never seen it at any other Marriot hotels. I didn't see this fee until reviewing my bill once I got home. I really don't understand the parking fee, as nobody staying the night in the hotel should get a parking fee."
