Not the diamond itself, but my hand was trapped between a truck and dumpster. Thankfully, my ring protected my hand but was shoved almost to the band. They were able to fix it to look perfect and at a very reasonable price. This last time, I had to have a diamond replaced because I got my going caught on something. Side note, I must be hard on rings. They replaced the diamond and went the extra step to check all my prongs and repair any that needed it again at a very reasonable price.
