"I had the Best experience ever today ! I came in to see if they took credit cards and they do!! I forgot to bring cash. Since I was walking around with a clueless look, SEAN at Lafayette Rd Hopkinsville Ky location came to my rescue! He was soo helpful with instructions , and signing me up for the discount card, and he even had detergent that someone left behind for me to use. I forgot that too! Then he helped me get a rolling new basket and helped put my baskets into that from my car. This facility was clean, friendly people there, safe location, SEAN helped me get the right size dryer for my money & time. I washed blankets , towels , 4 loads laundry for $24 today . Wash and Fold was $104 they wash for u. Huge savings ! Highly recc this laundry mat !"

"The place is really not half bad. I'm new to the whole laundry matt thing, but it was a lot easier than I expected. It wasn't really busy so I had time to figure it out. I'm assuming that it's like any other laundry place. Good machines and not so good ones, it'll just take a couple visits to find out. Overall, I accomplished what went there for and left satisfied and with clean clothes.."

"I went to the laundromat to wash my comforter in one of the big washers and Sean was great! He heard me struggling with the washer door and immediately came to help. He was also very friendly and welcoming. Even bought a cart over to me. Now that's EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service. Peaceful quiet atmosphere."

"This place is gross. Only 1 chair. A bunch of machines down and the ones that are working are dirty. There is nasty build up in the seals of front loaders. Also they don't replace the seals on front loaders. They just cut them out."

"The machines are really good and reasonably priced. The place is always clean (even the parking lot is spotless). The manager on-site, Sean, is super helpful and friendly. He goes above and beyond to be of help to customers and to keep the place clean. It’s obvious he cares about his customers. And I love that there is always worship music playing over the speakers. I highly recommend!"
