"Use to rent from him and as I was moving out and left to take first load his maintenance crew who was led by his son came in and we had to turn around luckily BC they were leaving with my things. They got away with my brand new laptop for college and my brand new Ariat boots and my ex husbands Justin Boots. We did catch up with one guy that had our flat screen TV and got it back but that's all. About a year later we saw the son wearing my exes boots and said nice boots and he said yeah a tenant left them for me. I was amazed at the audacity of this man. Also had roaches and mice that he wouldn't take care of. Beware of renting from him. Terrible people!"
