"Getting very upset because they will not answer their phone and my dog has pneumonia which she probably got from there. Had to pay $800 at an emergency vet because they can’t answer the phone and see my baby. Very disappointed"

"I've only been once and he gave my puppy his first vet check-up. He did a good job and they're nice people. Some vets don't care about you or your pets and act like they hate animals but Dr. Skinner seems like he cares. It was pretty quick and I'm glad he does walk-ins. However they don't let you in the lobby you have to park outside and call them and tell them what you're there for and then wait for whoever was there first to get called in then they'll call you in. So try to get here early to be first and be ready to wait in your car awhile. I think I was waiting almost an hour but it was fine because I expected to wait and it was quicker than I thought it'd be. You can walk your dogs while you wait so if it's a nice day it's even better. I actually like waiting in my car more than sitting inside because you don't have to worry about or listen to other people's dogs and like I said you can walk around outside if you're bored. I will definitely bring my dog back here."

"I would highly recommend Dr. Skinner and staff they were very helpful and was willing to take time to call me and let me know how to provide the best care for my animals."

"Dr Skinner saved my boys life. And I'll never take him anywhere else. I just wish Doc Skinner would do walk-ins longer hours than 9am-Noon. That's literally my only complaint. Things come up with our babies over night and we need drs ASAP. The line to see Doc Skinner is never guaranteed, in by noon. And people take off work, potentially getting in trouble at jobs and not get out babies seen. Again, my only complaint. My boy is a big boy. 110lbs. And is afraid of vet visits, so Doc gives me a mild sedative the day before his actual visit. No other vet would ever attempt to help him with his vet anxiety before. My boy is now getting more comfortable with his visits to see Doc Skinner and actually gets happy when he sees him now. Doc Skinner has helped my boy with so much in his 4 years on this earth! I trust doc enough to know my boy is in great hands when I have to leave him for tests or something! Highly recommend Doctor Rusty Skinner!!!"
